1. Scope
These terms apply to all offers, sales and deliveries made by GTB to business customers. We do not sell to consumers. Deviating conditions apply only where we have confirmed them in writing.
2. Offers and prices
Prices shown to verified account holders are net, exclusive of VAT, and quoted in euro. Offers are valid for the period stated on the quotation and remain subject to prior sale. The minimum order value is €5,000 and goods are supplied in full pallets unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery
Delivery takes place according to the incoterm agreed on the order confirmation. Lead times stated are indicative and begin once the order is confirmed and, where applicable, payment is received. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment falls due before dispatch. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
5. Inspection and claims
The customer must inspect goods on arrival and report visible damage or shortage within three working days, in writing and with photographic evidence. Claims made later cannot be accepted.
6. Export and compliance
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods may lawfully be imported into, and sold in, the destination market, including any labelling requirements. We supply export documentation for the destination stated on the order.
7. Governing law
Belgian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the courts competent for Dilbeek, Belgium.
