Who we are
GTB (Belgian SRL/BV, VAT BE 0793.683.890), Oudesmidsestraat 20, 1700 Dilbeek, Belgium, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at sales@globalfmcgwholesale.com.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through our contact, quote and account application forms: your name, company, work email, telephone number, country, VAT number where relevant, and the content of your message. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
We process these details to respond to your enquiry, to verify your business before granting a B2B trading account, and to fulfil orders and the associated export documentation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence and, where an account or order exists, performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a trading relationship are deleted after 24 months. Records connected to orders are retained for the periods required by Belgian commercial and tax law.
Who sees it
Your data is handled by GlobalFMCGWholesale staff and by the service providers who host this website and our systems. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Write to sales@globalfmcgwholesale.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
