Who can buy from GlobalFMCGWholesale?
GlobalFMCGWholesale trades business-to-business only. We supply wholesalers, importers, distributors, retail chains, cash & carry operators, online retailers and travel retail. You will need a registered company and a valid VAT or tax number to open an account.
Why can I not see prices?
Net wholesale prices are commercially sensitive and vary by market and volume, so they are shown only to verified B2B account holders. Apply for an account and pricing unlocks across the whole catalogue, usually within one business day.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order value is €5,000. Goods are sold in full pallets, but you can mix products and categories across a load to reach the minimum.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally from our warehouse in Geraardsbergen, Belgium — across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Tell us your destination and we will confirm the route, the incoterms that work best and the documentation your market requires.
What are your lead times?
Lines held in our own warehouse typically ship within a few working days. Items sourced to order usually run two to eight weeks depending on the brand and allocation. Every quote states the lead time per line.
Which incoterms do you work with?
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP are all possible. If you are not sure which suits your route, our team will recommend one and price accordingly.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. EUR.1 movement certificates, T1 transit documents, certificates of origin, health certificates and full customs paperwork are prepared in house for the destination on your order.
Can you supply a regular monthly programme?
Yes, and it is how most of our larger customers buy. Tell us the articles and monthly volumes and we will hold allocation and agree fixed pricing for an agreed period.
Do you buy stock as well as sell it?
We do. If you have branded FMCG to move — regular production, overstock, short-dated or discontinued lines — send us a stock list via the supplier form and we will come back within one business day.
Are the products original brand goods?
Yes. We source from manufacturers, official distributors and established European trade partners. Article numbers, EAN codes and full specifications are published on every product page.
