Water is the highest-volume, lowest-value line in any drinks load, and it is bought accordingly — by discount and grocery chains, cash and carry, catering and food service, event and hospitality supply, and re-export buyers filling containers where freight cost per litre decides the deal. Pallet quantities are 56 or 176 packs depending on the case, which is the arithmetic that matters most here: water reaches a truck's weight limit long before it fills the space, so a load is usually planned around the water first and the lighter goods afterwards. Having both case counts of each variant lets a buyer match the pack to the channel without changing supplier.
